Karachi: Bhanero Textile Mills Limited has scheduled a board meeting for October 29, 2024, at Karachi to discuss the company’s quarterly accounts for the period ending September 30, 2024. This meeting is set to review the financial performance and possible entitlement declarations for stakeholders.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company will observe a Closed Period from October 22 to October 29, 2024, as mandated under PSX Regulations clause 5.6.1(d). During this period, directors, CEOs, or any executive are prohibited from trading the company’s shares to prevent insider trading and ensure transparency.

The notice also instructed that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed of the board meeting, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements and maintaining orderly conduct during the financial review period.
