Karachi: Shahtaja Textile Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for October 28, 2024, in Karachi. The meeting will review and approve the company’s unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending on September 30, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a closed period from October 21, 2024, to October 28, 2024. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive of Shahtaja Textile Limited will be permitted to engage in any trading of the company's shares in compliance with PSX regulations under Clause 5.6.1(d).

The company has requested the Pakistan Stock Exchange to notify TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange about the closed period.
