Karachi: In a recent transaction noted by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), a high-ranking executive at Habib Bank Limited has sold a notable quantity of shares. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Mouzam Mahmood Maneka, General Manager and Executive at Habib Bank, disposed of 5,000 shares on October 24, 2024. The shares were sold at a rate of PKR 137.79 each, summing up to a total transaction value.
This sale was reported in accordance with PSX Regulation 5.6.4, which mandates the disclosure of any transactions involving shares by directors, CEOs, executives, and substantial shareholders of publicly listed companies. The total number of shares sold by Mr. Maneka post-transaction stands at 158, reflecting a cumulative percentage of shares held after the sale at 0.00%.
The bank has ensured compliance with all regulatory requirements, including the immediate reporting of the transaction to the board and the subsequent update in the UIN Management System available in the PCUARS Portal.
