Rawalpindi: BF Biosciences Limited has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on 28 October 2024, in Rawalpindi and via video-link. The meeting is scheduled to address key business matters including the approval of financial statements and the appointment of auditors.

The AGM will serve as a platform for confirming the minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14 June 2024. Shareholders will be presented with the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2024, alongside reports from the directors and auditors. The meeting will also involve the appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year ending 30 June 2025, and the determination of their remuneration.

In addition to these agenda items, the meeting may address any other ordinary business matters, subject to the approval of the chair.
