Lahore: The Board of Directors of Altern Energy Limited is currently holding a meeting to review and approve the company's first quarterly financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2024. The meeting, which commenced at 2:30 p.m. today in Lahore, is expected to address key financial outcomes for the first quarter of the fiscal year.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the board will be reviewing the company’s performance during the quarter and finalizing the financial report for submission. The meeting's outcome will be communicated to the PSX once finalized.

Altern Energy Limited has requested the PSX to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange accordingly.
