Karachi: Masood Textile Mills Limited conducted its 40th Annual General Meeting on October 28, 2024, during which key resolutions were passed concerning the company’s governance and financial management. The meeting, held at the company’s registered office in Faisalabad, was aimed at reviewing the past year’s activities and planning for the future.

The board approved the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting, held on October 28, 2023, along with the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these approvals are part of the standard regulatory compliance and governance enhancement measures.

Additionally, the members reappointed M/s. Riaz Ahmad and Company, Chartered Accountants, as the external auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The remuneration for the auditors was also fixed during the meeting, which aligns with the company's strategy to maintain rigorous financial oversight.
