Karachi: Soneri Bank Limited has announced the 12th semiannual profit payment for its Term Finance Certificates (TFCs), scheduled for December 6, 2024. The bank’s Board of Directors resolved that the Register of TFC Holders would be closed from November 22, 2024, to December 6, 2024, to determine eligibility for the profit payment.

The bank specified that profit payments will be credited through digital channels into the bank accounts of TFC holders whose names appear in the register as of the close of business on November 21, 2024. Transfers received by the close of business on November 21 at Karachi, will be considered for entitlement to the profit payment.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), there is no change in Soneri Bank’s instrument rating, which remains at A (Single A) as confirmed by PACRA in June 2024.

Soneri Bank has also mandated TFC holders to provide valid International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs) for profit payments in compliance with regulatory requirements. TFC holders are requested to update their IBANs through the Central Depository Company (CDC) if their TFCs are held electronically or directly with the bank's share registrar for physical holdings. The requisite bank mandate form is available on Soneri Bank’s website for those needing to submit or update their banking details.

The notice for TFC holders will be published in *Business Recorder* and *Nawa-e-Waqt* on November 1, 2024, as part of compliance with PSX regulation 5.6.9.
