Karachi: Nadeem Textile Mills Limited has announced an addendum to its Notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM), stating that shareholders will have the option to attend the meeting via video conference. The AGM is scheduled to take place on November 27, 2024.

The company has specified that shareholders wishing to participate through the video conference facility must provide their consent at least five days before the meeting date. This measure is intended to accommodate shareholders who may not be able to attend in person.
