Lahore: NETSOL Technologies Ltd. has scheduled an emergent meeting of its Board of Directors on November 25, 2024, in Lahore, to address matters not related to financial results. During this time, no member of the Board, including the CEO or any executive, is permitted to trade the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly. This measure aims to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain market integrity.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), NETSOL Technologies has communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders about the upcoming meeting and the restrictions imposed during the “Closed Period.”
