Karachi: Engro Corporation Limited has announced the successful electronic disbursement of its third interim cash dividend, amounting to Rs. 5.00 per share, equivalent to 50% of the share value, for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. This dividend was credited to the designated bank accounts of shareholders on November 19, 2024.

The payout was made to those shareholders who had previously submitted an e-mandate along with their 24-digit complete IBAN numbers. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this procedure aligns with the requirements set forth by the Companies Act, 2017.

Engro Corporation Limited has withheld dividends from shareholders who failed to provide the necessary IBAN numbers or a valid copy of their CNICs. The company has requested that TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be informed of these developments.
