Karachi: Atima Fertilizer Company Limited has scheduled a board meeting on December 10, 2024, to discuss certain corporate matters. The meeting, which will be held electronically, may result in the disclosure of price-sensitive or material information, in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has declared a "Closed Period" from December 4 to December 10, 2024. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to engage in transactions involving the company's shares, either directly or indirectly, as mandated by Clause 5.6.1.(d) of PSX Regulations.
