Islamabad: Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. has disclosed a series of share transactions executed by a member of its senior management, Mr. Shaif Shafiq. According to the company's notification, these transactions were carried out in compliance with section 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, which mandates the disclosure of interest by directors, CEOs, executives, their spouses, and substantial shareholders of listed companies.
On November 8, 2024, Mr. Shaif Shafiq, a senior management official, purchased 3,500 shares of Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. at a rate of 347.43 per share. This transaction increased his cumulative shareholding to 18,850 shares, representing a 0.03 percent stake in the company.
Subsequently, on November 26, 2024, Mr. Shafiq executed two more transactions. He acquired an additional 2,000 shares at a price of 350.00 per share, increasing his total holdings to 20,850 shares, maintaining the cumulative percentage at 0.03 percent. On the same day, he sold 500 shares at a rate of 365.00 per share, adjusting his total shareholding to 20,350 shares.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions are part of the company's ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements for transparency in executive share dealings.
The company has requested that the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange be duly informed of these transactions as per regulatory obligations.
