Karachi: National Refinery Limited has disclosed recent share transactions conducted by the spouse of an executive, in compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulation 5.6.4. The disclosure, dated November 2024, detailed the buying and selling of company shares by Fakhrah Mustaneer, the spouse of Muhammad Mustaneer Alam, an executive at the company.

According to the disclosure, Fakhrah Mustaneer engaged in two transactions involving the company’s shares. On November 15, 2024, she purchased 100 shares at a rate of 243.45 per share. Subsequently, on November 18, 2024, she sold the same number of shares at a rate of 242.30 per share, resulting in a cumulative shareholding of zero.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions required disclosure under the regulations governing share dealings by company insiders and their immediate family members to ensure transparency and maintain market integrity. The transactions involved a form of share certificate known as CDC, within the ready market.

The cumulative percentage of shares held by Fakhrah Mustaneer following these transactions remains at zero, as per the details provided in the disclosure.
