Karachi: Image Pakistan Ltd. has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for December 24, 2024, at its headquarters in Karachi. The meeting will focus on the election of seven directors to serve on the company's board for a term of three years, as stipulated by the Companies Act, 2017.
