Islamabad: An executive at Mari Petroleum Company Limited has sold shares of the company, according to recent disclosures. The transaction, executed by Col Abdul Khaliq (Retd), involved the sale of 3,221 shares on December 3, 2024, at a rate of 464.00 per share in the ready market.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transaction details will be reviewed at the upcoming board meeting as mandated by clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations. The company confirmed that the shares were held for a period exceeding six months. In compliance with the Securities Act, 2015, if any transaction occurs within a six-month period, any profit generated is required to be deposited with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), with notification to the PSX.
