The company reported a net profit of 43.28 million Pakistani Rupees, an increase from 39.33 million Rupees for the same period in 2019, highlighting its continued profitability despite a reduction in grants from the power sector.

The financial statements show a decrease in non-current liabilities, which stood at 821,682.84 million Rupees as of September 30, 2020, compared to 832,525.00 million Rupees on June 30, 2020. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Power Holding Limited's total assets amounted to 1,123,727.65 million Rupees as of September 30, 2020, down from 1,163,800.53 million Rupees at the end of the previous quarter. This decline in total assets was attributed primarily to a decrease in the current portion of finance facilities receivable.

The company's cash flow from operating activities generated a net cash inflow of 3,509.08 million Rupees, compared to 42.33 million Rupees during the same period last year. However, the cash flow from financing activities resulted in a net outflow of 4,124.54 million Rupees, primarily due to adjustments of bridge borrowings and repayments to banks.

Power Holding Limited's share capital remained unchanged at 15 million Rupees, with accumulated profits rising to 163.81 million Rupees from 120.53 million Rupees as of June 30, 2020.
