Karachi: Dewan Farooque Motors Limited has announced the successful assembly and delivery of more than 100 electric vehicles (EVs) named 'Honri - VE' to Eco-Green Motors Limited, its associated company. The announcement was made in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and clause 5.6.1 (a) of Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations.

In an earlier letter dated October 11, 2024, Dewan Farooque Motors had informed stakeholders about its plans to assemble the electric vehicles under a toll manufacturing arrangement. This collaboration marks a significant step in the company's efforts to expand its manufacturing operations, which had recently resumed.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company expressed gratitude to its stakeholders for their continued trust and confidence, which have been instrumental in the successful restart of its manufacturing activities.

The completion of these 100 units is a milestone for Dewan Farooque Motors as it strengthens its position in the growing electric vehicle market and supports Eco-Green Motors in fulfilling customer deliveries.
