Karachi: ZIL Limited has scheduled a board meeting to discuss its annual budget for 2025, the company announced. The meeting will take place on December 13, 2024, in Karachi.

The company has also declared a "Closed Period" from December 7 to December 13, 2024, in compliance with Clause 5.6.141) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive will be allowed to deal in the company's shares, either directly or indirectly.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting will also address other agenda items. ZIL Limited has communicated these details to the TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
