Pakistan Oilfields Limited Announces Board Meeting and Imposes Closed Period

Rawalpindi: Pakistan Oilfields Limited (POL) has officially announced a forthcoming board meeting, set to take place on January 27, 2025, in Rawalpindi. The primary agenda of this meeting is to review and approve the financial statements for the six-month period that concluded on December 31, 2024.

In compliance with clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Rule Book, the company has declared a "Closed Period." This period will extend from January 20, 2025, to January 27, 2025, inclusive of both dates. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives of Pakistan Oilfields Limited are prohibited from engaging in any direct or indirect transactions involving the shares of POL and its associated entities, Attock Petroleum Limited and National Refinery Limited.
