Karachi: Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has officially announced the listing of DH Partners Limited (DHPL) effective from Monday, February 03, 2025. This significant listing follows the approval of a Scheme of Arrangement where Engro Holdings Limited, formerly known as Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, was divided into two separate entities. As a result, all assets, liabilities, and obligations, except for the investment in shares of Engro Corporation Limited, have been transferred to DHPL. The Scheme was sanctioned by the Islamabad High Court on July 18, 2024, and took effect on January 01, 2025. Under the Scheme's swap ratio, shareholders of Engro Holdings Limited were allotted one share of DHPL for every one share of Engro Holdings Limited.
Trading of DHPL shares is set to commence on the PSX Main Board from February 03, 2025. The shares will be settled on a T+2 basis, with the first settlement date scheduled for Thursday, February 06, 2025. The market lot for DHPL will consist of one share valued at PKR10/- each. The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited has already declared DHPL shares as eligible securities, ensuring all transactions are settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited, which has assigned the company code "DHPL" to DH Partners Limited.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the opening price of DHPL shares is set at PKR 58.99 per share. This price was announced by Engro Holdings Limited and disseminated through PUCARS on January 03, 2025.
