Suspension of Trading in Habib Bank Limited Term Finance Certificate Announced

Karachi: Habib Bank Limited has announced a suspension of trading for its Term Finance Certificate, designated as [HBLTFC3], in light of upcoming book closure dates. The bank has scheduled the book closure period from March 22, 2025, to March 28, 2025, to facilitate the 9th profit payment of the TFC.

As a result of the book closure, trading in the [HBLTFC3] will be halted from March 21, 2025, and is set to resume on April 2, 2025. This announcement impacts the designated market category under which the TFC operates.
