Karachi: First Habib Modaraba has issued a final notice to its certificate holders, fulfilling the requirements set forth by Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017. The notice was published in leading daily newspapers, "Business Recorder" and "Nawa-e-Waqt," across their combined editions in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad on March 14, 2025.

This action follows previous notifications by the Modaraba, which included a ninety-day notice issued on December 11, 2024, and a prior notice on December 2, 2022. The notices are directed at certificate holders with unclaimed or unpaid certificates and dividends for a period of three years or more. The publication of this final notice is aimed at prompting the affected certificate holders to file their respective claims in compliance with the statutory requirements.
