Karachi: Trust Modaraba has disclosed that significant transactions involving its certificates were executed by Mr. Faisal Abdul Sattar Pakhali, according to documentation provided by him. These transactions took place in the second week of March 2025, indicating a noticeable movement in the shareholding of the company.
On March 14, 2025, Mr. Pakhali conducted a transaction in the ready market, acquiring 63,944 shares at an average rate of 4.33. This purchase increased his cumulative shareholding to 7,805,273, representing 26.19% of the company's total shares.
Subsequently, on March 17, 2025, Mr. Pakhali further engaged in the ready market, purchasing an additional 136,335 shares at an average rate of 4.35. This acquisition elevated his total shareholding to 7,941,608, amounting to 26.65% of the company's shares.
