Lahore: Waves Home Appliances Limited has announced a revision in the book closure dates for its upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM), scheduled to occur on April 5, 2025. The company, recognized in the designated market category, adjusted these dates in response to the anticipated Eid holidays, following consultations with the Central Depository Company (CDC) and the Share Registrar.

Initially, the book closure period was set from March 29, 2025, to April 5, 2025. However, to accommodate the Eid festivities, the company has decided to commence the book closure a day earlier. Consequently, the revised period will now begin on March 28, 2025, and will conclude on April 5, 2025.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this change aims to ensure that all relevant stakeholders, including the TREC holders of the Exchange, are duly informed and can make necessary arrangements in light of the updated schedule.

The decision underscores the company's commitment to aligning its operational calendar with national holidays, ensuring seamless coordination with its shareholders and the broader financial community.
