Karachi: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced a change in its board of directors, effective March 4, 2025. Mr. Khalid Murshed has ceased to be a director of the company. In his place, Mr. Marwan Bin Shakar has been appointed as the new director.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the change in directorship was formalized on April 3, 2025. PTCL has requested that the certificate holders of the exchange be informed accordingly.
