Islamabad: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd (PTCL) has announced a change in the schedule for its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Originally set for April 25, 2025, the AGM will now be held on April 30, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in Islamabad. This adjustment also affects the book closure period, which has been extended to now include April 30, 2025.

The initial notice regarding the AGM was published in newspapers on April 4, 2025. The revised book closure dates are now from April 19, 2025, to April 30, 2025, both days inclusive, instead of the previously announced April 19, 2025, to April 25, 2025.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these changes have been communicated to ensure clarity and make necessary adjustments for stakeholders. The designated market category remains unaffected by the rescheduling.
