Karachi: First Fidelity Leasing Modaraba (FFLM) has been restored to the Normal Counter on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) as of April 09, 2025. This shift follows FFLM's resolution of its previous non-compliance issue.

According to PSX Notice No. PSX/N-342 issued on April 03, 2025, FFLM was previously placed in the Non-Compliant Segment. The placement occurred under Clause 5.1 1.1.(d) of the PSX Regulations due to the company's failure to settle a penalty imposed by the PSX under Clause 5.21.1.

FFLM has since addressed the matter by paying the outstanding penalty amount, thereby rectifying the cause of its placement on the Non-Compliant Segment. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this compliance has facilitated FFLM's return to the Normal Counter, effective from the stated date.

The move is significant within the designated market category, as it marks a return to standard trading operations for FFLM, allowing it to engage with investors under regular conditions.
