The public announcement, complying with the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019, is set to be published in two newspapers, Daily Dawns (English) and Daily Ausaf (Urdu), on April 15, 2025. The purchasing initiative is scheduled to commence on April 21, 2025, with a completion date stipulated for October 09, 2025, or until the buy-back is finalized, whichever comes first. The company's registered office, located at 10-N, Model Town Ext.
