Karachi: Trust Modaraba has announced recent transactions involving its certificates executed by Mr. Faisal Abdul Sattar Pakhali, according to a disclosure of interest filed with the relevant authorities. These transactions were carried out on the Pakistan Stock Exchange and are part of the designated market category for Trust Modaraba certificates.

On May 7, 2025, Mr. Pakhali purchased 14,445 certificates at an average rate of 4.77, resulting in a cumulative shareholding of 1,720,000 certificates, representing a 39.33% stake. The transaction was conducted in the Central Depository Company (CDC) format, classified under the 'Ready' market.

Subsequently, on May 8, 2025, Mr. Pakhali further acquired 29,723 certificates. The average rate for this transaction was not disclosed, but it increased his cumulative shareholding to 11,749,723 certificates, equivalent to a 39.43% ownership. This transaction also took place in the CDC format within the 'Ready' market.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions have been duly recorded and reflect Mr. Pakhali's growing investment in Trust Modaraba.
