Lahore: Gulistan Textile Mills Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 28, 2025, in Lahore to examine the company's financial statements for the third quarter, which concluded on March 31, 2025.

The company has instituted a "Closed Period" starting from April 21, 2025, through April 28, 2025, as mandated by Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance under Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange.
