According to a statement released by the company, Mr. Adeel Asad, a Senior Executive in the Finance department, sold a portion of his shares in the company earlier this year.
On April 18, 2025, Mr. Asad carried out a sale of 754 shares at a rate of 528.1278 per share. The transaction was completed electronically through the market. This activity falls under the disclosure requirements for Directors, CEOs, Executives, and their spouses, as well as substantial shareholders, in accordance with section 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations.
