On April 14, 2025, Mr. Khawaja executed a purchase transaction involving 10 shares of PPL at a price of Rs 170.79 per share. The shares were acquired in electronic form, bringing his cumulative shareholding to 10 shares, a figure deemed negligible in percentage terms.
Further transactions were carried out by Mr. Khawaja over the following days. On April 15, 2025, he purchased an additional 290 shares at Rs 172.41 per share, increasing his cumulative holding to 300 shares. Subsequently, on April 18, 2025, Mr. Khawaja acquired another 200 shares at Rs 172.25 per share, resulting in a total ownership of 500 shares in electronic form. The percentage of these holdings remains negligible, according to the company's disclosure.
