Karachi: FrieslandCampina Engro Pakistan Limited, during its 21st Annual General Meeting held on April 24, 2026, passed significant resolutions concerning its financial statements and dividend distribution, alongside the appointment of statutory auditors.

At this meeting, the members of the company ratified the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025. This approval included various accompanying reports such as the Directors', Auditor's, and Chairman's Review Reports, as well as the Statement of Compliance with the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019.
