Lahore: Khalid Siraj Textile Mills Limited has appointed new leadership and reconstituted its board committees for a three-year term, following a board of directors meeting at the company's registered office in Lahore on April 22, 2025.

The meeting resulted in the election of Mr. Mian Iqbal Barkat as both the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. The board includes Mr. Mian Hassan Barkat, Mrs. Abida Iqbal, Mrs. Rafia Hassan, Mr. Muhammad Musaddaq, Mr. Abdul Razzaq Khan, and Mr. Muhammad Umair Younas Lone.

The board also announced the formation of several committees. The Audit Committee is composed of Mr. Mian Hassan Barkat, Mr. Mian Iqbal Barkat, and Mrs. Abida Iqbal. The HR & R Committee includes Mr. Muhammad Musaddaq, Mr. Muhammad Umair Younas Lone, and Mrs. Rafia Hassan.

In addition, a Risk Management Committee comprises Mr. Muhammad Musaddaq, Mr. Mian Iqbal Barkat, and Mr. Abdul Razzaq Khan. The Nomination Committee includes Mr. Mian Hassan Barkat, Mr. Mian Iqbal Barkat, and Mr. Muhammad Umair Younas Lone.

The Sustainability Committee is formed with Mr. Mian Iqbal Barkat, Mr. Mian Hassan Barkat, and Mr. Muhammad Musaddaq as members.
