Karachi: Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited has announced the upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors, which will take place on April 29, 2025. The meeting will be held in Karachi to discuss and approve the condensed interim financial statements for Dolmen City REIT, covering the nine months and quarter ending March 31, 2025. Additionally, the board will consider the distribution of any interim dividend by the Scheme.

In compliance with the requirements set forth by the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, a closed period has been established. This period will run from April 23, 2025, to April 29, 2025, inclusive of both dates. This measure is in place prior to any announcements regarding the Scheme.
