Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has released the trading and settlement schedule for Deliverable Future Contracts (DFC) for July 2025. The trading for these contracts will open on April 28, 2025, and close on July 25, 2025, with settlement scheduled for July 29, 2025.
According to the PSX, the market participants should note that the incoming securities added to the list of eligible securities for trading in the DFC Market include Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (GCIL), Thatta Cement Company Limited (THCCL), and At-Tahur Limited (PREMA). The trading and settlement schedule for these securities follows the same timeline as the general DFC schedule for May, June, and July 2025.
Furthermore, securities such as Century Paper & Board Mills Ltd (CEPB), Pak. Aluminium Beverage Cans Ltd (PABC), and NBP Pakistan Growth ETF (NBPGETF) will be part of the eligible securities list only for DFC-JUL-2025 and will be excluded thereafter.
In an essential notice, securities of companies including Bank AL Habib Limited (BAHL), Engro Fertilizers Limited (EFERT), Habib Bank Limited (HBL), Faysal Bank Limited (FABL), MCB Bank Limited (MCB), Meezan Bank Limited (MEBL), Nishat Chunian Power Limited (NCPL), Nishat Power Limited (NPL), Sazgar Engineering Works Limited (SAZEW), and Tariq Glass Industries Limited (TGL) will be traded on an ex-benefit basis due to their respective book closure dates.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the trading in the shares of Lucky Cement Limited (LUCK) in the Futures Market will resume from April 28, 2025. The trading and settlement schedule for Lucky Cement Limited will align with the general DFC schedule, with contracts opening on April 28, 2025, closing on July 25, 2025, and settling on July 29, 2025.
