Philip Morris (Pakistan) Limited Approves Financial Statements and Re-Appoints Auditors at AGM

Karachi: Philip Morris (Pakistan) Limited conducted its Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2025, at the Pakistan Stock Exchange auditorium and via an online video link. During the meeting, shareholders approved several resolutions, including the adoption of the company's audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2024.

The AGM, held in accordance with Rule 5.6.9 (b) of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, saw the formal approval and adoption of the audited financial statements, which were presented together with the notes annexed and the reports of the auditors and directors.
