DH Partners Limited Declares Interim Cash Dividend for Q1 2025

Karachi: DH Partners Limited announced the approval of its un-audited condensed interim financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, following a board meeting held on April 29, 2025. The meeting took place in Karachi and was accessible via Zoom audio/videoconferencing.

The board of directors has declared an interim cash dividend of PKR 0.90 per share, equating to a 9% dividend for the first quarter of 2025. This development marks a significant milestone for the company, which was incorporated on May 8, 2024, and therefore lacks comparable financial data from the previous year.

The company underwent a structural change as per a Scheme of Arrangement, which received shareholder approval on June 26, 2024, and was sanctioned by the Islamabad High Court on July 18, 2024. As a result, effective January 1, 2025, certain assets and liabilities, excluding investments in Engro Corporation Limited shares, were transferred to DH Partners Limited from Engro Holdings Limited (formerly Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited).
