Lahore: The board of directors of Ghani Value Glass Limited has declared a cash dividend of 10% for its shareholders for the third quarter ended March 31, 2025. This announcement was made during a board meeting held on April 29, 2025. The decision follows an interim cash dividend of 10% that was already distributed earlier.

The company reported its financial results and attached the Condensed Interim Statement of Financial Position, Condensed Interim Statement of Changes in Equity, and Condensed Interim Statement of Cash Flows for the period ending March 31, 2025. There were no bonus shares, additional entitlements, or corporate actions declared alongside the dividend.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company's share transfer books will be closed from May 13, 2025, to May 15, 2025, inclusive of both dates. Transfers received at the Shares Registrar office in Lahore by the close of business on May 12, 2025, will be eligible for the declared cash dividend.

The company has also indicated that its Quarterly Report for the third quarter will be transmitted through the Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) within the specified timeframe to ensure timely dissemination of information to its shareholders and stakeholders.
