Karachi: An executive of Meezan Bank Limited has executed a transaction involving the sale of shares in the company, according to detailed disclosures under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The transaction was carried out by Mr. Muhammad Umar Khan Fareedy, an executive of the bank, and involved the sale of 5,800 shares at a rate of 281.16 Pakistani Rupees per share.

The transaction took place on May 13, 2025, under the 'Ready' market category. Following this sale, Mr. Fareedy's cumulative shareholding in the bank stands at 1,100 shares, representing zero percent of the total shares.
