The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during their meeting on April 22, 2025. The bank has credited the dividend through electronic means directly into the bank accounts of shareholders who have provided their valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and International Bank Account Number (IBAN).

The announcement, scheduled for publication in newspapers on May 15, 2025, aims to inform the shareholders and TRE Certificate Holders of the Pakistan Stock Exchange about the dividend distribution. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the credited dividends follow the compliance requirements set forth by Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, and the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017.

The bank withheld dividends for shareholders who have either provided incorrect or incomplete bank account details or have not submitted their valid CNIC and IBAN information. Those affected are urged to contact the Bank's Share Registrar or the Central Depository Company of Pakistan to submit the necessary documentation and claim their withheld dividends.

Shareholders are encouraged to access the Centralized Cash Dividend Register (CCDR) developed by the Central Depository Company to retrieve details of their dividends for record-keeping purposes.
