The profit payment, which amounts to PKR 3,500 million, is scheduled to be disbursed on May 30, 2025. The transfer books for this financial instrument will remain closed from May 24, 2025, to May 30, 2025, inclusive of both dates, to determine the entitlements of the certificate holders.
Certificate holders have been advised to inform the bank's registrar, M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited, located in Karachi, of any changes in their address or income tax exemption status without delay. This measure is intended to ensure that all entitlements are accurately processed and distributed.

The announcement was made public through newspaper publications in "The News" and "Daily fang" across Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad editions on May 14, 2025. The designated market category for these certificates is the transfer books, which are integral in determining the rightful beneficiaries of the profit payment.
The bank has requested that this information be communicated to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange. The closure of the books marks a critical timeframe for TFC holders who need to ensure their details are current to receive their due profits.
