Karachi: Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited has disclosed recent share transactions executed by its executives, adhering to Regulation No. 5.6.4 of The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. The disclosure outlines the purchase of shares by two company executives, reflecting their interests in the company’s stock.

On May 13, 2025, Aamir Jamil, an executive at Nimir Industrial Chemicals Limited, acquired 16,900 shares at a rate of Rs. 150.00 per share. The shares were acquired electronically through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market category.

In a separate transaction on the same day, another executive, Imran Afzal, purchased a total of 30,747 shares. This included two separate transactions: one involving 100 shares at a rate of Rs. 149.99 per share, and another involving 30,647 shares at Rs. 150.00 per share. Both transactions were also executed electronically through the CDC in the ready market.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions were conducted within the regulatory framework and compliance protocols. The holding period for these shares is confirmed to be over six months, ensuring adherence to Section 105 of the Securities Act, 2015. Should the holding period be less than six months, any profit generated from the transactions will be deposited with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as mandated by the regulations.
