Karachi: Tandlianwala Sugar Mills Ltd has announced a series of share transactions executed by its Chairman, Mr. Ghazi Khan. Following these acquisitions, Mr. Khan's cumulative shareholding in the company stands at 25.01 million shares, representing 21.25 percent of the company's total shares.

The purchases included single-day transactions of 101, 300, 171, 2, 100, 97, 200, and 300 shares. Each transaction was executed through the CDC, a common practice for share trades in the Pakistani market.
