Lahore: United Bank Limited has reported the loss of share certificates associated with two specific folio numbers, 9699 and 15187, belonging to Mian Muhammad Awais and Saima Awais, respectively.
According to the notification received by the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the loss of certificates was reported on May 16, 2025. The affected shares are linked to the address 118-K, Izmir Housing Society Canal Bank Road, Lahore.
For folio number 9699, the certificates lost include distinct numbers ranging from 519,934,601 to 519,934,800, 642,843,216 to 642,843,265, and others, covering a total quantity of shares in various batches. The distinct numbers for these batches are extensive, with quantities such as 200, 50, and others denoted in different formats.
Similarly, for folio number 15187, the certificates reported lost cover distinct numbers ranging from 521,032,201 to 521,032,400, 642,913,966 to 642,914,015, among others. The affected shares are also in various quantities, such as 200 and 50, across different certificate numbers.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), members of the exchange have been advised not to engage in transactions involving these certificates. If no objection is raised within seven days of this notice, duplicate certificates will be issued to the concerned parties.
This notification serves as a caution to investors and traders within the designated market category of the PSX to prevent unauthorized dealings with the affected share certificates.
