Islamabad: Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. has disclosed recent transactions involving its senior management, revealing the sale of shares by Mr. Mohsin Qazi, a prominent figure within the organization. According to documents submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Qazi executed these transactions on May 14, 2025.
Mr. Qazi, who holds a significant position in Shifa International Hospitals, engaged in two separate transactions involving the company's shares. The first transaction involved the sale of 75 shares at a rate of 451.95 each. Subsequently, Mr. Qazi sold an additional 1,000 shares at a rate of 453.25 each. These transactions have resulted in a cumulative holding of 3,543 shares, representing a cumulative percentage of 0.01.
The transactions were conducted in the ready market and involved CDC form share certificates.
