The company's board has tasked the Chief Executive with implementing the cessation of diaper production by June 15, 2025, or earlier. The directive includes exploring the sale of diaper production machinery and associated assets. The move follows an extensive evaluation of the diaper segment's operational and financial outcomes, alongside market trends and future projections.

The decision is anticipated to positively impact the financial performance of Shield Corporation Limited. The company will maintain its focus on other baby care products, such as baby feeders, nipples, soothers, teethers, and training cups.
