Karachi: Apna Microfinance Bank Limited has announced that it will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on June 18, 2025, at its registered office in Karachi. The bank has also stated its intention to publish this notice in the Daily Times and Daily Nai Baat Karachi on May 27, 2025, as per the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations.
The meeting will address several key agenda items, primarily focusing on ordinary business. This includes the confirmation of the minutes from the 22nd Annual General Meeting held on March 28, 2025.
