Lahore: The Board of Directors of Rupali Polyester Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Abdul Hayee as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective from May 27, 2025. This decision was finalized during a board meeting held today. Mr. Hayee will be replacing Mr. Muhammad Ahsan Iqbal in this role.

Mr. Abdul Hayee, who has been serving as a full-time Director, will also see a change in his designation as he is re-categorized as an Executive Director. The company has ensured that the number of Executive Directors, now including Mr. Hayee, will not surpass the limits set by Regulation No. 8(1) of the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been duly informed of these changes. Rupali Polyester Limited operates under the designated market category of the textile industry.
