Karachi: Sui Southern Gas Company Limited has announced the rescheduling of its emergent board meeting, initially planned for June 4, 2025. The meeting will now take place on June 5, 2025, via Zoom, to discuss matters unrelated to financial results.

According to a notification to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the shift in schedule was necessary due to undisclosed considerations. The company emphasized that any material information arising from the meeting would be communicated in compliance with PSX regulations.

The notification also confirmed the continuation of the "Closed Period" until June 5, 2025. During this period, as dictated by Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations, no directors, including the CEO, Managing Director, or executives, are permitted to engage in trading the company’s shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Sui Southern Gas Company Limited operates within the designated market category, and stakeholders have been advised about the rescheduling through the appropriate channels.

The company assured that all TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been informed of the development, in adherence to regulatory requirements.
